Where is the Valley of Freedom located now?

What have we been doing, and what are our plans for the near future?

This year, 2026, we’re continuing our travels across Europe and we will settle for 6 to 8 months in Portugal, near Lisbon. We have a spare room here so feel free to pay us a visit for a regular of a full day session.

I’m frequently in the Netherlands, so if you’d like to book a session there I can usually accommodate it.

Where have we been searching for the ideal location for VOF.earth so far?

So far we spent about six months exploring Southeast Asia and fell in love with Thailand and Bali. Next we spent six months in South Africa, where the West Coast and the northernmost section of Kruger National Park captured our hearts. After that incredible time, we turned our search to Europe — easier for us because visas aren’t an issue — and spent roughly eight months traveling across the continent last year.

Norway stood out and we could definitely live there, with the wide open spaces and very kind people. We also adored the small villages in Spain and the relaxed Spanish way of life, and can easily imagine us settling there too.

Now, as I mentioned, the adventure moves on to Portugal, near Lisbon embracing and enjoying the unknown.
