Energy healings

REMOTE ENERGY HEALING

Receive an energy healing from the comfort and safety of your own home—offering the same benefits as an in-person session, without the need to travel.

How does it work and what is included?

Healing sessions last about 50 minutes. Beforehand we’ll spend 15 minutes refining your intentions. After the session we’ll schedule a 15-minute online follow-up to review what occurred and discuss how to maintain balanced energy.

IN-PERSON ENERGY HEALING

I split my time between the Netherlands, Spain and Portugal. If you’re nearby, you’re warmly welcome to book an in-person energy healing session in any of these locations.

How does it work and what is included?

The session lasts about 90 minutes in total. We begin with a brief intake to clarify your intentions, followed by a 50-minute healing. We finish with a 30-minute coaching segment to review what occurred during the healing and discuss ways to maintain balanced energy.

COACHING SESSIONS

CHILD / TEEN HOLISTIC COACHING

Holistic coaching sessions for children and teens are always conducted in-person and are done with age-appropriate language and pacing; parents or guardians are invited to be present as needed for younger children.

How does it work?

  • Preparation and intake by phone (15 minutes): we’ll spend 15 minutes reviewing your child’s needs, current challenges, and desired intentions. This time ensures the session is tailored and that both parent/guardian and child feel comfortable and informed.

  • During the coaching session I connect with the child’s energy field to support emotional regulation, reduce anxiety, ease stress, and promote overall energetic balance, using gentle techniques suited to their age and receptivity.

  • After the session both parent / guardian and child will receive personalized guidance on supporting their child’s emotional and energetic wellbeing. And suggestions for simple at-home practices, grounding exercises, breathing techniques, and sleep-support routines appropriate to the child’s age.

ADULT HOLISTIC COACHING

In a holistic coaching session I wil open not with goals alone, but with how you are feeling in body, mind, and spirit. This initial check-in sets tone and priority: energy levels, emotions, sleep, appetite, recent physical sensations, and any recurring thoughts or sensations that have been surfacing.

Assessment and listening come next. Rather than diagnosing, I seek themes and imbalances—areas where values and actions diverge, where energy is stuck, or where resilience is low.

Based on insights from the check-in, we will collaboratively choose a focus for the session: shifting a limiting belief, creating micro-habits for better sleep, tending to a grief, or clarifying aligned next steps for a career pivot. The chosen intention is framed in positive, actionable language and anchored in the client’s deeper values and long-term vision.

Tools and interventions are introduced with clarity and consent. Holistic coaching integrates practical behavior change with somatic and energetic approaches. Examples include:

  • Mindset reframing: noticing and gently challenging unhelpful narratives, then crafting empowering alternative perspectives.

  • Energy awareness: guided imagery or subtle energy checks to identify blocked or depleted areas and invite circulation.

  • Lifestyle micro-prescriptions: specific, achievable adjustments to sleep, hydration, nutrition, or screen time aligned with the client’s context.

  • Ritual or reflective practices: journaling prompts, a short gratitude or boundary-setting ritual to support integration.

  • Somatic exercises: a guided grounding or movement practice to release trapped tension and restore nervous-system regulation.

  • Breathwork: simple techniques to manage anxiety, increase presence, or boost clarity.

The final minutes of the session we often return to breath or a short grounding practice to consolidate the session’s shifts. Practical next steps, any homework, and a plan for follow-up are summarized clearly.
